Women who feel stuck in old patterns, who struggle to trust themselves, who lie awake at night with racing thoughts, or who can’t seem to quiet their inner critic. Women who want more peace, more clarity, and a steadier sense of self—but aren’t sure how to get there.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in proven approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll gently untangle what’s been weighing on you, strengthen your sense of worth, and help you feel more present and grounded in your daily life.

I approach each session with empathy, understanding, and care, meeting you where you are and tailoring our time together to meet your unique needs. As a trained practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I can help you gently process past experiences that may be holding you back, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence. If you are not interested in EMDR, I also offer traditional talk therapy and utilize components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll honor your journey, uncover your inner strengths, and build tools to navigate life’s complexities with resilience and hope.
